Delivery

2. Delivery Charges

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, you must request it within 14 days of receiving your tent house. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Requesting a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@ygoods.co.uk. Provide your order number, details of the purchase, and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made or personalized tent houses are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect in workmanship or material. Please review your custom order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your tent house arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Exchanges
